Cancellation Clause

Statement of consent

You are entering into a sacred temple space that weaves in elements of spirituality and sexuality.
This is a statement saying that you are consenting to the participation of physical touch and energy release. All of this is done consensually and no one has to do anything they do not want to do.
If at any point there is an activity or exercise that you do not wish to be an active participant in, you are welcome to self-resource while staying within the space.
Sovereignty- Corona

You understand there is a risk of contracting Corona at some point during your travels or experience.
You are welcome to wear a mask throughout the event, though it is not required.
If you are feeling symptoms that are indicative of having Corona, please stay at home and take care of yourself and your well being.
Pre Temptress Event Offerings
You have the opportunity to participate in additional offerings created by Jessica and Rina. These services are an additional charge beyond the event tuition. Check mark if any of the below are of interest to you, and Jessica can explain more in depth.
These are offered on Monday and Tuesday, and are subject to availability.
Photography

It is possible that there will be a photographer on hand to capture moments of the experience.
These photos would be used on Jessica and Rina's websites and social media to showcase elements in promoting future events.
Whatever photos are captured, each person in the photo would need to give consent to be used. If someone does not give consent, we would find ways to alter the photo or not use it altogether.
If you feel strongly about NOT being in any photos, please specify below so we can be sensitive to your request.
Indemnity
I understand that whatever I choose to participate in is of my own agency. I am aware and responsible for my choices and actions. I recognize that Jessica and Rina do their utmost to hold a sacred space of integrity, trust, and safety. Should I become challenged with any of the practices, I will bring my concerns to their attention. Finally, I take ownership of my personal safety and do not hold Jessica Ste Michelle, Rina Fialka, or the retreat center liable for anything that may occur before, during, or after the retreat.
